Runcation – Running next to your comfort zone

Recently I had to describe what type of runner I am. Well I don’t like if I have to run, due to Nike I ran 69 times in 2015 and I already finished my #80ktillxmas so I’d describe myself as a Sunday one. I enrolled into a trail half marathon, a half marathon and finally a real marathon and I also had some lazy days.

Rock climbing in Portugal – Visiting Serra da Azóia

A few weeks ago some friends and I have been on vacation near Lisbon. Southwards of the beautiful city is a region called Cascais where we’d rented an apartment for our group. While some of us had been surfing, watching others surf or just doing other sports the rest had been climbing at spots near the Portuguese coast.
